Thank you for your interest in ChamberMaster, the leading provider of chamber management software. At the end of September, 2009, we reached a major milestone: over 600 active customers. I want to thank each of our customers for allowing us to become a trusted partner.

When selecting a software partner it is easy to look at the features that are available today and the overall price. While ChamberMaster stacks up extremely favorably in these categories, it is also critical to learn what kind of partner a vendor will be for your chamber as you grow and your needs change. If your provider isn’t 100% focused on fast-paced software growth and development, you may find that what seems like a great partner today is lagging behind in a year or two when you can least afford to find a better partner.

Constant Contact, Inc. helps small businesses, associations, and nonprofits connect with their customers, clients, and members. Launched in 1998, Constant Contact champions the needs of small organizations and provides them with an easy and affordable way to build successful, lasting customer relationships with email marketing and online surveys. Constant Contact is available directly within ChamberMaster's by selecting Newsletters/Email Campaigns from the Communication module. A separate Constant Contact subscription is required.

Intuit QuickBooks

Intuit QuickBooks, a financial management solution from Intuit, seamlessly integrates with ChamberMaster providing a single-point of entry for all member record changes yet allowing QuickBooks to be retained as your primary financial software. Financial activity of your members may be viewed by staff but separation of duties for your bookkeeper is maintained through our powerful, permission-based interface.

Heartland Payment Systems

Heartland Payment Systems, (NYSE: HPY) provides credit and debit card, payroll and remote deposit capture processing services to merchants throughout the United States; HPS is the sixth largest card payments processor in the USA. ChamberMaster interfaces with Heartland’s credit card processing so that chambers can accept online payments through the events module and member portal.

Software Sales Consultant - Seeking driven, technology savvy, customer-focused team member to sell our Internet-based solutions. Responsibilities include providing online software demonstrations to prospects, creating software and web site design proposals, attending trade shows, and much more. Three or more years of sales and software experience is desired along with an ability to travel 4-6 times per year. Compensation is approximately half salary and half commission.

Internet Advertising Representative - Seeking customer-focused individual to sell advertising opportunities to businesses as a partnership with our Chamber customers. You will be working with a Chamber and their members, who are primarily businesses local to that community, educating members on how to use the Chamber’s website and the ChamberMaster tools to best promote their business. Activities are conducted over the phone, via webinars, and by traveling to the communities that you work with. Experience in sales, the ability to travel at times up to 3 weeks a month, and a comfort with technology are all beneficial. Compensation is primarily commission based with a monthly draw option.
